HISTORY: TRAILBLAZER COMPUTER SERVICES was founded in 2004 and is a service-based business dedicated to supplying reliable, economical, customer-friendly on-site computer services to residential and business customers in the SW Ohio area. Since our founding, our customers have become fiercely loyal because of our friendly service and rapid response time, and word of mouth has spread our service to hundreds of satisfied TCS customers.

BILLING: Our billing practices are simple. When we respond to service calls, our billable time starts when we arrive at your location, not when we leave our office. A one (1) hour minimum charge ($90) applies to all calls, and additional hours are billed in 1/2 hour increments. There is never a charge for travel, and in the unlikely event that your PC or laptop must be taken to our shop to complete repairs, travel time is not charged, and only bench-time to complete repairs on your system will be billed.

SERVICE AREA: Our service area includes the entire SW Ohio area (See map below.)

REMOTE SERVICE:  When you place a call to TCS, an evaluation of your problem will be made during the phone call. In some cases, a remote service call can be performed, where your computer is accessed from our office, and diagnosed/repaired without the need for an on-site call response. This type of service is most effective only for software-based problems.

ON-SITE SERVICE: Most times, it is a better solution for the services to be performed at your location in order to get a more complete view of your system and it's components. In some cases, a malfunctioning hardware component can degrade performance in much the same way as software problems can cause. A call to TCS will result in the best solution for your particular situation, and the services will be performed at your convenience, the majority of the time on the same day you call.

CUSTOM PC SOLUTIONS:  In addition to service/troubleshooting of your PC or laptop system, we provide upgrades, networking installation and troubleshooting, and custom-built PC systems based on your needs, requirements, and specifications. When building custom systems, we use the best quality commercially available components, and strive to make your new system the most cost-effective solution available based on your requirements. If you are shopping for a new system but don't know exactly what your specifications should include, we will analyze the information you give us and make recommendations based on your information. Our systems are built to ensure trouble-free operation and maximum service life, because we build our systems using the latest technologies available, and we stand behind our custom builds by offering free 1 year guarantees on parts and labor (excluding intentional or accidental damage, external electrical anomalies, fire, water, acts of God, or customer negligence). This means that during the warrantee period, you'll never pay for a service call on your TCS System due to defects in the components or installed hardware.
